There are four distinct focuses for summoning: celestial (Celestialists), infernal (Demonologists), elemental (Summoners) and spectral (Mediums). While there are sub-paths for both Celestialolgy and Demonology (Fae-Whisperer and Niraethologist respectively), those sub-paths of study still fit into the generalized categories of summoned creatures, despite having a few specific differences and quirks. Each focus has its own risks and advantages when calling forth a being of the focus's type. Below, each focus will be discussed in detail.
