Elementals

Any being summoned from either Xirorya, the Plane of Elements or possibly Cylmoria, the Ethereal Realm is considered elemental, providing they are neutral ethos. They must be also aligned with the ethos of their respective Elemental Prince, in order to be summoned (there are ‘rogue' elementals that cannot be summoned). There are four classifications of summoned elementals:

Mote

These are the least powerful, and most common of elemental beings. They are often no more than a flickering spark of flame, a small rock, a puddle or a light breeze, when summoned. They are easily controlled and easily summoned, with no names of their own or class paths to speak of, save for the strongest of this sort of elemental. (Summoners of newbie chronicles will only be able to summon this sort of elemental being, unless otherwise specified by an op).

Elemental

Elementals make up the bulk of the elemental beings of Xirorya. They come in all manner of shape and form and will almost always have a class path. Though, less likely is the possibility that these beings will be a paragon in a class path, or dual-classed. Rarer still are elementals with names of their own, but it can happen. Fire, Water, Stone and Wind all have elemental beings that can be called forth. (Elementals can be summoned by Summoners of mid-range chronicles, or newbie chronicles if an exceptional Research roll is made, with op discretion).

Vassal

This breed of elemental is amongst the most powerful sort, acting as the elite guard of the Elemental Princes. They are significantly more difficult to summon and much more difficult to control, often requiring a relevant elemental sacrifice and hard-to-keep pacts to ensure compliance. While forcing such an elemental creature to do one's bidding is possible, it is strongly ill-advised to do so, as they are more valued than most of their ilk. They will always have names of their own, and be either paragon in their class path, or be dual-classed. As with normal Elementals, Elemental Vassals come in all four of the prime elements. (Vassal class elementals can only be summoned by Summoners of high end chronicles or mid-range chronicles if an exceptional Research roll is made, with op discretion).

Noble

The strongest type of elemental, these beings are always named, are always either dual-classed or a paragon in their chosen profession, and will be exceedingly well-armed with armor, weapons and magic of the highest caliber, possibly artifact-rated. Under no circumstances should the arrival of a Noble class elemental be taken lightly, as they have direct communication with their Prince. It is also highly ill-advised to attempt to force one into servitude, unless one is very willing to incur the wrath of the Elemental Prince they represent. As with other lesser types of elementals, Nobles come in all four of the primary elements. (Elemental Nobles can only be summoned by Summoners of high end chronicles, with an exceptional Research roll).
